The Whalik guide

Whalik is a language-learning app built around flashcards. You create a deck on a topic that interests you, the app generates the cards with AI, and then you learn them in one of three modes and listen to the pronunciation. This guide explains how the app is put together and how to get the most out of it.

Guide sections

  1. Getting started — first launch, signing in and creating your first deck.
  2. Generating with AI — generation types, difficulty levels, custom words.
  3. How to study effectively — the three card modes and when to use each one.
  4. Audio — voices, background playback, narration order.
  5. Decks, folders, cards — structuring your collection and moving cards between decks.
  6. Settings and data — theme, interface language, export/import, accounts.
  7. Premium subscription — what the subscription gives you and how it differs from the free tier.
