What are the benefits of the Premium subscription? No. 9

The only difference between Premium and the free tier is that your learning isn’t interrupted by ads. All other Whalik features (AI generation, the three modes, spaced repetition, export and import, voice selection, folders, background playback with the screen locked) are available for free as well.

In practice, Premium means:

• No ad breaks between actions in the app during card practice.
• An audio session plays all the way through, from the start of the deck to the end, with no mid-session ad stops.
• Background listening isn’t interrupted: on the free tier it also works, but you periodically have to unlock the screen to watch an ad and continue playback. With Premium this doesn’t happen.
